Data and purposes

The form collects your name, email address, organisation (if any), and the subject and content of your message in order to respond to your request. This data is never sold.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and, where necessary, on pre-contractual steps requested by you. Messages are kept for as long as needed to follow up, then deleted according to applicable administrative obligations.

Recipients and rights

Marakucha’s authorised team and its technical service providers may process data to the extent necessary. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection by writing to contact@marakucha.org. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Newsletter and statistics

No newsletter subscription is made without separate consent. Non-essential statistics are only activated after consent, where installed.
